            a week-long moment for Global and Geo teams to meet, align on priorities, and bring the season to life for the consumer. The level of engagement and excitement exhibited throughout the week was amazing!

           Over the past few weeks, you have learned more about the next chapter of our strategy. To help accelerate this work, we have also evolved our Code process – the end-to-end seasonal blueprint that will help us consistently win together.

           To assure a smooth buy process for FA24, we are shifting the FA24 OED1 date ahead by one week, from Friday of Week 25 (January 12) to Friday of Week 26 (January 5).

    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

           This shift adjusts for the timing of holidays and the North America SEC MANA shutdown, which would negatively impact the buy as previously scheduled. We’ve aligned Global and Geo teams on the shift and adjusted the timing of the FA24 F1 Snapshot as well. See the details below.

We’ll provide more specific agenda details and what sessions will look like soon. At the highest level, there will be an opening webinar focused on priorities for the season, followed by Global/Geo conversations, with a streamlined Global/Geo leadership share-out. This will be augmented by all the seasonal tools and videos we typically share as part of the GGP process.

           Winning as a team has always been a core maxim of Nike, and we know that we deliver our most impactful work for consumers when we do that work together, collaborating and pushing ourselves to improve. We are excited to share some early guidance regarding upcoming changes to our Global/Geo Pivot (GGP) moment which will allow us to reinvigorate our process and bring new life to the way that we work together.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Since our transition into a new operating model, we have successfully executed Global/Geo Pivot as a completely virtual experience given the challenges of the pandemic. We do believe there is power in doing this work together, in person, across Nike and inclusive of Jordan Brand.

      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           We are excited to announce that starting with SP24 GGP, the week of March 20, we will return to having our Global teams pivot work to our Geography teams in-person, giving us the platform to educate, inspire and align our leaders and teams against our most important seasonal priorities.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Creating an in-person experience will allow us to talk face-to-face, collaborate, share ideas, and hold each other accountable to make decisions with better clarity and understanding.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           The audience for the Live moment will be aimed at leadership on our Global and Geo teams, with a smaller, more focused attendance to create connections and drive strategic alignment. Leaders will be able to review recordings of the live events together with their teams after the event. Our intention is to repeat this in-person approach two times per year, alternating seasons. The next in-person GGP is planned for FA24 in September.

A direction setting moment, Creative launch communicates the vision for how the season should look, feel, and execute and includes seasonal Creative Direction, toolboxes (innovation, color, print &amp;amp; pattern, sustainability, etc.), and design trends.

           Related, there will be adjustments to the timing and format for Strategic Launch (SL) which was formerly embedded within Creative Launch.            As we look to drive our membership offense as well as simplify and create clarity for our collective teams, a cross-functional group has worked to redefine our LTCC portfolio – making it more consistent, efficient and sustainable as we take our brand and business into the future.
